Featured Artist

Angeliek WickAngeliek Wick has created the catching logo for the 2010 E.I.W.C.congress and show and is one of the featured artists during the congress.

The artist has drawn and painted living beings all her life and captured the essence of the soul of those she portrays. Her ability to grasp something as ephemeral as character, sentiment, or whatever constitutes the soul, is communicated through her insightful interpretations and is the very backbone of her talent.

Following the completion of her studies in art and architecture in the Netherlands, Angeliek Wick spent additional time studying in the US. and Japan. She has since worked for many years as an interior designer for corporations, hospitals and private homes. Wick has now retired from her life as designer in order to concentrate 100% on painting and drawing, as a full time artist. The Irish Wolfhounds have always been the love of her life, as shown in her drawings, paintings and books. Her art exhibition will add an aesthetic dimension to the 2010 E.I.W.C. congress in Denmark.
